So my topic, as it said today, is maintaining growth. Well, everything around in you using flux seems like a very timely topic. But the reality is that everything is in flux around us all the time and has always been. My name is Renato Beninato. I'm the chairman of Nimsy. We do market research and consulting in the language technologies and business space. And I'm here to share with you one of these challenges and questions that we're having all this time in a moment of significant change around the world. Naturally, when we started talking about this presentation, generative AI wasn't the topic on everybody's lips. But the reality is that the content of this presentation should be relevant no matter what, because we're constantly changing. And when you're talking about change, we need to go back to that classic concept of focusing on the things that won't change or, as Jeff Bezos likes to say at Amazon, focus on what is permanent. And what are the things that are permanent for people in our business? And here I'm talking both to the LSP side and the buyer side. The situation is very similar. Change is happening. And we're all concerned about how to behave in a moment of inflection and change, but whether you're a buyer or a provider, I can guarantee you that your boss wants your company to grow. That's a dynamic that is common to all Western companies. It's part of our culture. If you look, it's probably a little different in Japan, where people in Japan strive for stability. I always tell the story that maybe 20 years ago I met with the CEO of a translation company in Japan, and he was very proud that the company had had exactly the same revenue for the previous 15 years. So this is not what is common for our Western culture. We're constantly thinking about growing and not only growing revenue, but also growing profit and managing to keep the margins of our business moving forward. This is one of the things that won't change. Keep in mind, keep a growth mindset when you're looking at your business.
