Introducing our Revamped Home Page Experience

Now you can work in a more powerful, intuitive way on the Smartcat platform. We’ve made several important changes which will immediately improve your experience!

You can now manage your own workspace more easily and faster and personalize to your preferences. Client and task invitation management has also received an important upgrade, now designed for closer control and improved convenience, access, and visibility.

We’ve introduced the following changes in this update.

• All your settings now in one place, accessible from any page

• An optimized personal workspace experience, which you can personalize

• Improved management of workspaces and organizations

• Easier template and navigation management

Improved client and personal account management via the left sidebar

The left sidebar was already the main way to manage your clients and tasks, but it will become even more important now, and easier to use. Now all settings are accessible via the left sidebar and you will be able to access it from any screen on the Smartcat platform, without having to return to the home screen any more.

Here are some of the main features via the new left sidebar:

1. Manage your account and go to settings

2. Change and move between regions

3. Quickly go to the tasks page

4. View incoming messages, go to chat, and control correspondence

5. Manage and go to other organizations and workspaces

6. Navigate within each workspace

7. Manage payments

Streamlined workspace and organization management

Via the left sidebar, you can now view selected organizations and all workspaces related to them. All tools that were located on the central panel will now always be on the left panel. And if you go to another page, the menu will always be available to you, on the left of your screen.
