I am a freelance translator, Italian mother tongue. I hold a Master's Degree in Technical Translation and another one in Ecnomics. . I have got a good deal of experience translating technical/marketing texts and software, but also motorsports, cycling and tourism (from English, Spanish, and French into Italian). My average output is about 2200/2500 words/day (up to 3000, if needed, for rush jobs.) I believe in quality: this is why I always deliver thoroughly and double-checked translations, paying deep attention to style and terminology. Also, I translate only into my mother tongue (Italian), in order to ensure the best quality.

I'm an Italian TRANSLATOR, PROOFREADER, author and teacher with a degree in English Language and Literature. I translate from ENGLISH and FRENCH to ITALIAN, my native language, I have worked in the publishing field as an author and coauthor, writing and editing books, dictionaries and readers for students of English (for more than 12 years), and created crosswords and puzzles in English for a magazine published monthly (for about five years). I started my career 21 years ago as in-house translator and PM at a translation agency based in Turin, Italy. After three years, I decided to take up the challenge and become a freelancer, in order to devote myself to those texts I was most interested in. My experience as PM gave me a deep insight into all aspects related to the translation process, thus I perfectly know and understand the needs and expectations of Project Managers whom I work with. I am able to work under pressure, and manage large volumes of work with no prejudice to quality.

I am able to translate very technical texts, like instruction manuals for X-ray inspection systems, but also to use my creative side to produce translations of content marketing articles.
