I am a native French freelance translator (full time). I am fluent in English, Chinese and Japanese. I have a master's degree in Languages and International Affairs (English and Japanese) from Orléans University and a master's degree in Chinese language from (Chongqing's) Southwest University. I also studied in a Japanese university as an exchange student for 1 year and had 1 year working holiday in Tokyo. I did several internships and short-term jobs for international trade companies, including 8 months in Chinese companies in China where I did import and export related jobs, market research and international customer research. Not only I have knowledge in the field of Business and marketing, but I am also interested in various fields, such as cinema, history, travelling, comics and especially video games. I am a professional translator since 2012. I grew up in France in a Spanish family, so I learned very early both languages. I studied law in France and Spain so I can translate to both languages. I am a sworn translator before the Tribunal Judiciaire of Perpignan and often perform translations and interpretations for this institution in the legal field (hearings, confrontations, reports, court decisions etc ..) I'm a French native speaker from Brussels, Belgium (born in 1981). I live in the US since 1994 and I'm working as a Translator/Proofreader -French (France and Belgium), English (UK/US), Spanish (Spain/Latin America/US), some Italian to English (2007-present) and French, and Consecutive Interpreter - French, English, Spanish (2009-present) - currently in NY.
