In my spare time I play a lot of video games (I love RPG games), so I can say that I am familiar with the terminology of this field, and I always read and follow the latest gaming news. I've been working as a tutor (English and German) for 3 years and as a translator (freelance) for a year and a half. I fluently speak English and German. Moreover I can work with the business communication, translating articles on the business topics and so on. I've taken part in different international student exchange programs, particularly in Germany (DAAD Summer courses). As a translator, I had a chance to work with big publishing houses (Condé Nast, Independent Media), a top level research institution in Russia (National Research University Higher School of Economics) and various companies abroad (The World Bank, Söring GmbH, Bonafide Immobilien GmbH).

After being trained as a translator at university, I spent several years preparing students for Cambridge examinations (such as IELTS, FCE and CAE). At the same time, I was frequently asked to translate medical and technical texts and received positive feedback, which made me consider taking more translations. I enjoy the process of translation as it demands both creativity and precision, and it is also a perfect opportunity to learn more about this world (I am particularly fascinated with biotechnology and medicine, which is why I prefer to work with research articles, clinical studies, etc).
