I'm Arina, a CERTIFIED English translator with a technical background. My experience has a large number of translations in different fields. From the last year of the university I have experience in translating from English and Swedish. After the university I worked in several companies and in addition I worked as a translator-freelancer to make my skills better. I lived 1 year in Sweden and 4 years in Germany. For all my life I do not stop to learn new things and enlarge my knowledge. If I need something to fulfill my responsibilities perfectly I will learn how to do this. I think that people improve their skills and knowledge during all life.

I am a Sales Administrator at Oxford International Education Group, based in Moscow. Among the foreign languages that I can work with are English, German and Japanese. English is my second language, all of my work is done in English. I am proficient in Russian-English fiction translation and will be highly interested in it. German is more like a hobby, but I excell in business German translation. I have a certificate for passing the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (日本語能力試験) N3 and a teaching experience in it.

I am a Lomonosov Moscow State University graduate in English, French, German and Spanish languages. During the course of my studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Area Studies I acquired a solid base in linguistics. Now I am studying at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University to get a second bachelor's degree in Biomedical appliances, which makes medicine and medical devices the area of special interest for me. I have extensive experience in technical (user manuals, technical guides, specification sheets, patents, software documentation, etc.), medical (clinical studies, articles, medical equipment manuals, clinical research, etc.) and legal (contracts, certificates, apostilles) translation as well as in marketing and website localization.

I have no special education in translation, but I have gained vast experience in manufacturing, engineering and communication companies. Thanks to considerable practical experience, I can translate engineering texts like a pro.
