I translate from English and French into Spanish (Spain variety) and I proofread Spanish texts. I have a B.A. Degree in English Studies and a B.A. Degree in Translation and Interpreting and I have worked as a translator, project manager and interpreter in the last years. I have experience in several fields, such as telecommunications, trade or tourism. However, I specially work with medical and pharmaceutical translations (safety data sheets, patient leaflets, clinical trials, internal reports of the pharmaceutical industry…) and every text related to India (culture, history, literature…) and yoga.

I am a freelance translator since 2009 and a Medical Doctor since 1982. I built my professional career at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana at Bogota, Colombia and I specialized in Health Management at the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano also at Bogota. As well as my experience in health, I have worked as a freelance translator for several companies; during the last four months, I have translated more than 400,000 words.
