Prior to founding Indigo Translations, for approximately 8 years I worked as an associate of the M&A and Capital Markets practice of Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., a law firm based in Mexico City, where I had the opportunity to participate in the negotiation and advice on some of the most representative mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs and liquidations occurred in the Mexican market during the last years, representing national and international companies, private equity funds and venture capital funds as well as in the drafting of transactional documentation for sundry industries. I was born and grew up in France. I studied Gastronomy (Valencia, Spain) and French (DELF LEVEL). I studied English foreign language at the UNAM (Mexico.) I've been working as a translator and interpreter for more than 25 years and I've acquired a lot of experience in various fields such as legal, engineering, information technology, power plants, oil&gas, etc. However, I'm far from resting on my laurels since I understand very well that the languages are dynamic and the world is constantly changing, so I'm in the constant pursuit of new skills and knowledge that'd help me to stay up-to-date and do my job in the most efficient and precise manner.
