Hi, my name is Andrés and I am a professional translator. I hold a BA in Translation and Interpreting from the Central University of Venezuela and an AD in Computer Programming from Belgrano University. I started my journey as a freelancer back in 2012, and since then I have been collaborating with agencies and direct clients mostly from the US and Europe. My native language is Spanish from Venezuela, but most of my work has been focused on US and neutral Spanish and targeted to US and Latin American audiences. I had study abroad experiences in Mexico prior to living in Madrid during graduate school. In 2010 I spent the Winter-Spring semester traveling throughout Argentina and homeschooling my then 3rd grade son and 7th grade daughter.
