I am a Journalist with a strong determination and attention to detail in terms of writing and translating from English to Spanish and vice versa. I enjoy translation jobs as I like to find the best and more accurate expressions and words to precisely explain what is written in another language. Studying Spanish and English since I was a child and living and working in both cultures made me polish both languages until I could use them indistinctly in a professional manner. I am a professional translator since 2012. I grew up in France in a Spanish family, so I learned very early both languages. I studied law in France and Spain so I can translate to both languages. I am a sworn translator before the Tribunal Judiciaire of Perpignan and often perform translations and interpretations for this institution in the legal field (hearings, confrontations, reports, court decisions etc ..) I started my career as professional translator in 1995, when I joined the foreign department of a pharmaceutical company. At that time, I enjoyed an international environment, giving me the possibility to work extensively in different kind of documents, including technical translations, legal and financial. Afterwards in 2005, 9 years later, I started my career as independent translator. After working for several NGOs in Latin America, he has worked for OxfamNovib in Central America, with El Taller’s education programme in Tunis, director of Citizen Diplomacy and CEO of Nexus in Colombia. Since 1999 he worked with Oxfam GB, first as country director for Colombia and as policy adviser in the Economic Justice team based in Oxford until 2014. He has lead the Regional and National campaigns for the GROW team in Oxfam International, and in 2014 he was the Director of Intermon's national programme in Bolivia. He is currently based in Colombia as an independent consultant. Constantino is active in the field of agro-ecology with campesinos and indigenous peoples in Latin America and the Caribbean.
