Originally from Almaty, Kazakhstan (Russian speaking), I have lived in the United States since 1996. I graduated high school in Midland, Texas, then received my first bachelors degree from Central Texas College, majoring in Computer Science. After several years, I went back to school to major in International Studies at the University of California in San Diego. Passionate for languages and cultural learning, I have lived and studied in Morelia, Mexico and Barcelona, Spain. I am a freelance translator and electromechanical engineer with electrical engineering degree. Although I am native in English, I consider Russian to be my native language as well, since I am fluent in both of them. I can translate any kinds of documents, whether they are technical, legal, or medical/pharmaceutical. I also a big fan of playing online games, so I would be a good resource to localize video games or websites of any kind.

I received my Master's degree after graduating from Russian Military University in 2009. I studied at the faculty of translation and interpretation studies.
