During the course of my studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Area Studies I acquired a solid base in linguistics. Now I am studying at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University to get a second bachelor's degree in Biomedical appliances, which makes medicine and medical devices the area of special interest for me. I've been doing translations from/to English since 2006. For 1 year I've translated market reviews and news in a mass media agency. Later on I've worked at the seaport for 4 years, where I was involved in the project of a container terminal. During this period I got an experience in translation of technical texts (specifications), contracts, correspondence. Apart of that, I've also an experience of working in a hotel business. As a freelance translator I've done translations on financial and energy topics, as well as press releases.
