I am currently enrolled in a Multilingual Master in Psycho- and Neurolinguistics at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). I studied French, Latin and English language and literature at the University of Leuven (KU Leuven). I also have studied medicine at the University of Liège (ULiège).

I'm a versatile translator who can translate websites, articles, blog posts, e-books on just about any topics. I have done so for years for a number of distinctive clients about a plethora of different topics. I'm a French Canadian from the Gaspe Peninsula and grew up speaking both French and English. Born in Paris to a bi-lingual family, I grew up speaking English, French and Hausa natively. I spent most of my childhood in Saudi Arabia where I got to learn Arabic. Travelling around the world made me develop high cultural sensitivity skills. As a subcontractor, I have had the opportunity to translate for top hotel brands, financial institutions and UN specialized institutions, including Marriott, the Islamic Development Bank, the World Health Organization.

I have been working in companies in Hamburg for the past two years as a student assistant. In the last two jobs I had (one at a statistics company and another at an international cooperation NGO) I have been tasked regularly to translate documents from French to English and from English to French. Additionally, I grew up in the bilingual city of Montréal where these two languages are used interchangeably. I did all my elementary and secondary education in French and all my university (first and second cycles) in English.
