My education in Digital Design has 50/50 on writing and reading both languages, so even though I have nothing to show for my skills yet, they have been enough to bring me through a Masters degree. I love translating legal documents (e.g. contracts, certificates, notarial certificates, licenses, patents, apostilles, legalizations) and other documents such as books, emails, academic transcripts, websites, and user guides.

I am native bilingual for both English and Danish having been raised in a Danish speaking household while living in London, England. As such my translation and transcreation work is authentic and effective. I am able to handle between 1500-2500 words a day (depending on the kind of text) and place high priority on meeting deadlines with quality translations - I’ve only ever had satisfied clients.

I've been a freelance translator since 2008, mainly specializing in technical translations between Danish and English along with previously dabbling in Chinese, Spanish and Scandinavian languages.   Through my work as a system administrator and personal life, I've gained intricate knowledge of the presentation of English in a wide array of subjects, especially user-interfaces and terminology.
