Multilingual translator with experience in various fields

Been speaking both English and Danish since birth. My education in Digital Design has 50/50 on writing and reading both languages, so even though I have nothing to show for my skills yet, they have been enough to bring me through a Masters degree. I've been born to German-speaking Austrian parents but was raised in English-speaking Canada. Due to this fact and to the fact that I competed my Master's in Austria, I am fluent in both languages and am fond of translating from German into English. Since 2000, when I started my translator's career, I've managed to translate millions of words in a great range of fields, from fiction to medicine.

I've been a freelance translator since 2008, mainly specializing in technical translations between Danish and English along with previously dabbling in Chinese, Spanish and Scandinavian languages.   Through my work as a system administrator and personal life, I've gained intricate knowledge of the presentation of English in a wide array of subjects, especially user-interfaces and terminology.
