Peggy Liao advocates for and believes that everyone should have access to public information and services regardless of the language they speak. She works with the City of Seattle’s Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs and manages the city-wide Language Access Program. Peggy is committed to supporting government agencies and social service providers in their provision of linguistically-appropriate and culturally-relevant information for immigrant and refugee community members.
