Ian Ng

Ian Ng is leading AI and localisation tech solutions business. He works with business owners and localisation/ marketing heads to automate the localisation process of multilingual online contents. With his extensive workflow and system design and consulting experience, clients look for simple and purposeful localisation solutions leveraging AI technologies and API integration to bring in immediate results. Ian has over 25 years of consulting, training, coaching, technology innovation and corporate management experiences in many large organisations. He founded a consulting & training company in 2009 during the global financial crisis. For 8 years, he had worked as lead consultant and managed several business process re-engineering + technology solution projects, as well as ICT risk & security related ISO projects for both private and public sectors across Southeast Asia. Prior to forming his consulting business, he had worked as PMO Head in the largest multipurpose seaport in the Southeast Asia. He had successfully implemented cross-functional BPR initiatives as integral part of the General Cargo Operation Automation projects, which had won the company the IDC-Enterprise Innovation Award in 2010. His academic achievements include Master in Business InfoTech at Curtin University of Technology, Australia, and Honours in Accounting & Finance at Lancaster University, UK. He is a certified PMP since 2010 and held an accreditation as PMP trainer from 2011 - 2015.
