Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost the number of qualified leads
Develop and manage paid digital/social campaigns (Google Adwords, Linkedin, Facebook)
Create and manage targeted email campaigns
Craft plans for all marketing teams, including digital advertising, content marketing, design, and pr
Coach the marketing team members, hire new employees
Excellent communication and management skills to interact with coworkers, cross-functional teams, and third parties
Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken
At least 3 years of experience in B2B
A data-driven approach to marketing. Ability to justify an approach or decision using concrete metrics
Experience running successful marketing campaigns
Readiness to work in a highly dynamic startup environment, requiring extreme focus and persistence to breakthrough results
A strong sense of ownership
Openness to criticism and others’ opinions and ideas
