The Head of Growth Marketing’s mission is to lead and drive all product user activities and ensure success in our top of the funnel goals. As a Product Led company, Smartcat uses a freemium model and you will own the process of acquiring qualified new users and team up with sales and customer success to create an extraordinary product experience. You’ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will accelerate Smartcat usage amongst language service providers (LSP) and localization professionals within global organizations. The mission is to leverage our unique all-in-one platform offering and distribution model to achieve and maintain Smartcat revenue growth above 33% QoQ.
Shorten the time to value for every user in the product experience
Work at the intersection of marketing and product. Lead product growth team of engineers and direct development of new functionality
Possess full ownership and meet specific monthly performance metrics related to funnel conversion, sales pipeline development, and revenue generation
Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams
Optimize user acquisition funnel and ensure the message is compelling and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (Events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional material, etc.)
Analyze user behavior and conversion data to identify our best potential users and leverage this data to better target and engage with them
Identify all actions in product to accurately define a PQL in 30 days
Create 2x conversion rate improvement of PQL
Increase MAU of core freemium product features by greater than 30% in 6 months
Create new top of funnel mechanism that drives increase in new PQL’s to more than 10% of total in 12 months
At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing preferably with an online marketplace
2+ years of experience focused on user/customer acquisition
Extensive knowledge MixPanel, SEO, and Google Analytics
You obsess over details and like to analyze what the user is doing in product and why
Experience working in a highly dynamic startup environment, where you can make big things happen by turning thoughts into action
Excel working with remote teams
Being eager for success and aggressive for growth
Openness to feedback and others’ opinions and ideas
Gain experience with a loaded application consisting of dozens of servers, a large MongoDB cluster including more than 30 servers with over a billion records.
Apply any modern technologies and DevOps approaches as long as you can justify their value, advantage, and return on investment.
Play a key role in the upgrading of our complex high-load application, contribute to the development of its architecture and infrastructure, and most importantly, see the results in action in Smartcat’s live application with real users.
