Head of Customer Success (Russia and CIS)

Location: Moscow, Russia / Russia / Remote /

Leverage Smartcat proven leadership to unlock full market potential in Russia and CIS and grow our current market share from 25-30% to 70-80% within the next 24 months.

Your outcomes

  • Ownership of territory  objectives which include: number of new customers, total expansion, total revenue, customer satisfaction ratings, and NPS. The target is to achieve  2x YoY growth.

  • Develop the customer portfolio by knowing and consistently removing objections which prevent penetration growth.

  • Build and coach a highly motivated and capable team of sales and customer success managers.

  • Align and maximize the value of your team collaborating with product, marketing, support and finance teams.


  • Proven successful experience in sales / customer success / SaaS b2b company.

  • Experience in managing customers or users of a free product and overseeing transition to paid subscription.  Ability to properly allocate team member resources to support customer success and revenue objectives.

  • Proven experience with creating and running a high performing sales / customer success team.

  • Personal involvement and ability to convert and expand top priority accounts.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English both written and spoken to interact with colleagues, customers, and partners.
