Customer Success Manager (Turkey and Middle East)

Location: Istanbul, Turkey / Remote /

Mission

Increase sustainable proven value for both the customers and Smartcat in Turkey and the Middle East, thus helping Smartcat to increase its market share in the region.

Your outcomes

  • Reach monthly revenue objectives from a portfolio of assigned customers and help achieve quarterly team objectives.

  • Increase retention, engagement, and sales expansion with existing customers.

Requirements

  • Proven successful experience in sales / customer success preferably for a company in the translation/localization industry and a good understanding of related technologies.

  • Ability to understand the Smartcat product vision. We are building a market network for the global translation industry. To learn more about the market network concept, read this article.

  • Integrity, full commitment, and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Eagerness for success and an aggressive mindset towards growth.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken, to interact with colleagues, customers, and partners. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

  • Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment, requiring extreme focus, a sense of urgency, and persistence to break through.

  • Openness to constructive criticism and others’ opinions and ideas.
